Self Realization is the awakening of the Kundalini through the central channel, piercing through the six chakras above the sacrum bone and emerging at the top of the head (fontanel bone area) as a gentle "fountain" of coolness.

4. What is subtle system
The Subtle System, consists of 7 energy centres (chakras), 3 energy channels (nadis) and the Kundalini. The chakras correspond on the physical level to the plexuses of our central nervous system and the energy channels to the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic nervous systems within the spinal column.
