Thanks to the practice of Sahaja Yoga meditation and associated natural cleasing techniques, i have solved my insomnia problem...
During my younger days, my brain was always occupied with overthinking. I used to always stay up late and could only sleep in the early hours of the morning. I looked for many different solutions but when I finally discovered Sahaja Yoga and its associated natural clearing techniques, such as footsoaking, daily practice of meditation, balancing, etc. I was finally able to solve this issue of insomnia. Now I can fall asleep easily when i want to... Thank you, allow me to go for a little nap now ;)
