I simply think that Sahaja yoga is quite fit for modern day people. Because the most of us do not know about ourselves. Sahaja Yoga opens the avenue to discover ourselves and teaches us how to bring balance to our lives. The practice of Sahaja Yoga is very simple. Meditation by put our attention on top of the head. Then we became thoughtless. We can balance ourselves.
