Hello, Sahaja Yoga is very easy way of the meditation, which is accessible to everybody. From children to old people to young people and in all walks of life. I use Sahaja Yoga to improve myself. It’s a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. I am able to balance my emotions and my actions on a daily basis and stay in the middle path. I can feel my areas of weakness by myself without actually having to go and see some body. So basically, it helps me to find peace and the calm and balance myself every day.
